Non-Exclusive License

Best for: creators, freelancers, and teams who want a lower price today and the ability to earn from marketplace sales.

You get

A non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the font in your work.
Use allowed in: logos, branding, marketing, packaging, social, print, and digital designs, and embedding in documents like PDFs.
You may use the font in products you sell (for example: packaging, merch designs, game UI artwork, videos, websites).
Your font can be listed on the lipi.ai marketplace, and you earn a revenue share on marketplace sales (shown at checkout).

You may not

Resell, repackage, or redistribute the font files as a standalone font product outside lipi.ai.
Claim exclusive rights to the font or prevent others from using the same font.

Marketplace listing

If you choose Marketplace Share, you agree that lipi.ai may sell this font to other customers.
Your revenue share and payout rules are defined in the Marketplace terms shown during listing.

Notes: Generated fonts may share stylistic similarities with existing typefaces. You are responsible for final clearance for trademark or brand-critical uses.

Exclusive

Full Ownership

Exclusive Buyout License

Best for: brands and agencies that need exclusivity and long-term control.

You get

An exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the font for any purpose.
Use allowed in: logos, branding, websites, apps, packaging, ads, video, print, and products.
You may modify the font and create derivative versions for your brand or your client.
You may transfer the font to one legal entity (your company or your end client) for continued use.

We promise

We will not resell or re-list the exact purchased font file to anyone else.
If the font was listed on our marketplace, we will remove it from sale after the buyout is completed.

You should know

This is an exclusive license to the generated font output. It does not transfer ownership of lipi.ai technology, models, or generation methods.
We do not guarantee that the font is globally unique. For trademark or brand-critical uses, we recommend performing your own clearance checks.
